Refund Policy

At Desert Stripeworks, we take pride in delivering high-quality parking lot striping and maintenance services. Due to the nature of our work and the materials used, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once services have been completed.
 

Our Guarantee

While refunds are not provided, we stand behind the quality of our work. If any part of the job is completed incorrectly or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will promptly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
 

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

• Damage caused to the striping or cleaned areas after service completion.

• Changes requested by the client after the agreed-upon work has been completed.

• Issues arising from site conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather damage after completion).
   

How to Request a Correction
